Come to think of it, the more logical explanation would be that Michael
made that list before the 2019 picnic.

      Title: Mock Beef Strognauff
 Categories: Cambell's, Easy, Tested, Quick
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 lb Boneless sirloin,
      2 ts Oil (divided)
    1/4 c  Water (to deglaze)
      1 md Onion, chopped
      1 cn Golden Mushroom Soup
      1 sm Can sliced mushrooms drained
    1/2 ts Paprika
    1/2 c  Sour cream
      4 c  Cooked noodles
 
  Slice beef into very thin strips - about 1 1/2 inch long.
  
  Start cooking noodles in boiling water.
  
  NOTE: Meat part of dish takes less than 15 minutes to complete.
  
  Heat half the oil in skillet over medium high heat, cook beef until
  browned, stirring often.  Set beef aside.
  
  Delaze pan with a small amount of water.
  
  Add remaining oil in pan, add onion and cook until tender.
  
  Add Soup, drained mushrooms and paprika into fry pan.  Heat to a boil.
  Stir in sour cream and mix into soup well - return meat into the
  skillet. Heat through.
  
  This is okay - will make again.
