MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Grilled Taco Chicken Categories: Easy, George grill, Chicken, Tested Yield: 2 Servings 1 tb Taco seasoning (from mix) 1/2 ts Oregano leaves 2 md Boneless chicken breast (about 3/4 lb -total) 1/2 tb Olive oil MMMMM----------------------SAUCE - OPTIONAL--------------------------- 1/4 c Bbq sauce 1/8 c Chili sauce 1/2 ts Ground cumin Heat G.Foreman grill for five minutes. In shallow bowl, mix taco seasoning mix and oregano. Flatten chicken breasts to uniform thickness - not too thin, but large enough to have all the meat fit on the grill at the same time. Brush chicken with oil, coat with seasoning mixture. Place chicken on preheated grill. Close grill. Grill 4 - 5 minutes (depending on thickness of meat) until juice from chicken is clear and center of thickest part is done. If using sauce, place ingredients in small cup, heat in microwave until mixture is hot. Serve on the side. OVEN DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 375. Line shallow baking pan with foil or spray with cooking spray. Place coated chicken in pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes OR until juice runs clear. Recipe from bettycrocker.com/recipes. Tested 9/28/07.
