It's something we'll have to consider, probably not this year but maybe
think about for next year. We've got some travel plans set for late May
and a good bit of July, with plans for other events locally thruout the
summer.

I've done several things over the years that I've since lost (misplaced)
the recipe for, have looked but not (yet) found. But, I've got enough
cook books and recipies on line to choose from, I can always find
something new to try.

Interesting. We usually don't use pepper blends except for a peppercorn
mix in the one grinder. It's a commercial mix of black, white, red and
green peppercorns. Other peppers (ancho, chipotle, cayenne, etc) we keep
in separate powdered form, combining as we use them.
