10 April 1815 - MOST POWERFUL VOLCANO ERUPTION IN 10,000 YEARS: Heard
for thousands of miles, the Dutch East Indies' Mount Tambora erupts with
cataclysmic force, devastating everything around it with pyroclastic
flows and ash falls. The eruption will significantly change the climate,
spawning the "year without a summer" and causing global famine.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Volcano Fish
 Categories: Seafood, Herbs, Chilies, Citrus
      Yield: 2 Servings
 
      2    Catfish filets
           Juice of 1/2 lime
           Lightly salted water
           Juice of 1/2 orange
           Juice of 1/2 lime
      2 tb Brown sugar
      1 tb Butter
      2    Habaneros; fine chopped
      2 cl Garlic; minced
        ds Lemon basil or dry cilantro
           Salt & pepper
 
  Marinate fish in the juice of 1/2 lime mixed with enough
  lightly salted water to barely cover the fish, overnight.
  
  Combine all ingredients except fish in a skillet. Add
  marinade from fish. Bring mixture to a boil over med.
  heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low, add fish
  fillets and cook, basting with the sauce, for 10 min.
  
  Serve hot.
