      Title: Cranberry Salad Mold
 Categories: Fruit, Salad
      Yield: 1 Mold

      2 c  Hot water
      2 pk Cherry Jell-o
      1 c  Sugar
      1 c  Crushed pineapple; drained
      1 lb Cranberries; ground
      1    Apple; chopped
      1    Orange; peeled and ground
    1/2 c  Walnuts; chopped
      4 tb Lemon juice

  Combine ground cranberries, orange, pineapple, apple, nuts, lemon
  juice, and sugar. Mix thoroughly and let stand overnight. Next
  morning mix Jell-o and hot water. Combine fruit mixture with Jell-o
  mixture. Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
