      Title: Potluck Taco Salad
 Categories: Beef, Greens, Beans, Vegetables, Cheese
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      1 lb Ground beef
      1 oz Env taco seasoning; divided
      1 md Head iceberg lettuce; torn
     16 oz Can kidney beans; rinsed,
           - drained
      1 lg Red onion; chopped
      4 md Tomatoes; seeded, fine
           - chopped
      2 c  Shredded cheddar cheese
      4 c  Crushed tortilla chips
      8 oz Thousand Island salad
           - dressing
      2 tb Taco sauce
 
  In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium
  heat until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in 3
  tablespoons taco seasoning.
  
  In a large bowl, layer beef mixture, lettuce, beans,
  onion, tomatoes, cheese and crushed chips. In a small
  bowl, mix salad dressing, taco sauce and remaining taco
  seasoning; serve with salad.
