Subj : Sarojas Mint Cilantro Chutney To : All From : Ben Collver Date : Wed Apr 12 2023 11:28:28 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Sarojas Mint Cilantro Chutney Categories: Chutney, Indian, Sauces Yield: 2 Cups 2 c Fresh cilantro; chopped 1 Fresh green chili; finely -chopped 1 c Fresh mint; chopped 1 1/2 ts Sugar; (or to taste) 1/2 c Yellow onion; finely chopped 3/4 ts Salt; (or to taste) 2 Cloves garlic; finely -chopped 1/4 c Lime juice 1 ts Fresh ginger root; peeled -and finely chopped 1/4 c Water In a blender or food processor, puree all ingredients until smooth.
