Peach cobbler is a desert food, sort of like pie but not (usually) as
sweet.  I also think of it as a "country" food, so you might have fried
chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans and/or black-eyed peas, and corn on
the cob, and then have a peach cobbler (maybe with some vanilla ice cream)
at the end of the meal.
