      Title: Nigerian Coconut Cake Pops
 Categories: Cookies, Nigerian
      Yield: 8 Servings

      1 c  Unsweetened flaked coconut
    1/4 c  Powdered sugar
      3    Egg yolks
    1/2 c  Self-raising flour

  Preheat oven 350 F. Like baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all
  ingredients into a dough. Shape into 1" balls. Toss them in flour.
  Place them on the baking sheet. Bake 21 minutes. Cool completely.
  Serve with tea.
