  Variety 6:

  Cashew butter with a few fresh peach slices.

  Variety 7:

  Mash softened cream cheese with walnuts and olives. Spread on dark
  bread; serve open-faced, garnished with colorful vegetables.

  For a special occasion, try all of the above for a fancy assorted
  platter. Decorate with all kinds of cut raw vegetables and with
  orange slices, parsley sprigs, and chunks of tomato.
