MMMMM----------------------OVERNIGHT SPONGE---------------------------
      2 c  Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
      2 tb Sugar
      2 c  Buttermilk
      1 c  Sourdough starter; unfed

MMMMM------------------WAFFLE OR PANCAKE BATTER-----------------------
           All of the overnight sponge
      2 lg Eggs
    1/4 c  Vegetable oil or melted
           -butter
    3/4 ts Salt
      1 ts Baking soda

  Mix sponge ingredients and let sit over night. The next morning, mix
  in the remaining ingredients. Cook each waffle 3-3/4 minutes.
