MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Campfire Casserole Categories: Beef, Pork, Beans, Chilies, BBQ Yield: 7 servings 1/3 c Brown sugar; packed 1/2 c Ketchup 1 ts ground mustard 1/2 c Barbeque sauce 1/3 c White sugar 1/2 ts Chilli spice mix 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 1/2 lb Ground beef; cooked, drained 1/2 lb Bacon; cooked, crumbled 1/2 lb Fully cooked bratwurst links - in 1" coins 16 oz Can Kidney beans, rinsed, - drained 16 oz Can Pork and beans 16 oz Can Chilli beans; undrained 15 1/4 oz Can lima beans, rinsed, - drained Set the oven @ 350-|F/175-|C. Grease a 2 quart baking dish. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, the ketchup, the mustard, the barbeque sauce, the sugar, the chili powder, the salt, and the pepper. Add the beef, the bacon, and the bratwurst to the brown sugar mixture. Stir in the kidney beans, the pork and beans, the chili beans, and the lima beans.
