      Title: Fruited Tuna Salad Pitas
 Categories: Seafood, Citrus, Nuts, Fruits, Breads
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      1 tb Honey
     12 oz White water-packed tuna;
           - drained
     11 oz Can mandarin oranges;
           - drained
      1 md Apple; chopped
    1/3 c  Chopped pecans
      1    Celery rib; thin sliced
    1/4 c  Dried cranberries
    1/8 ts Salt
      4    (6") whole wheat pita
           - breads
  2 3/4 c  Alfalfa sprouts
 
  In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise and honey. Stir in
  the tuna, oranges, apple, pecans, celery, cranberries
  and salt. Serve on pita breads with sprouts.
