I would not have thought of that use, but can understand it. It makes a good addition to a salad of tomatoes, mozz cheese and basil. Place oil in pan, when oil is warm saute green beans and the red pepper strips for about four or five minutes over medium heat. Stir in the vinegar, basil and pepper and serve.
