      3 c  Cottage cheese
      2 sm Apples; chopped
    1/4 c  Raisins
    1/2 c  Nuts; toasted and chopped
    1/4 c  Sunflower seeds; toasted
      2 ts Poppy seeds
      1 tb Honey; up to 2 tb
    1/2    Lemon; juiced

MMMMM--------------------------OPTIONAL-------------------------------
           Fresh; firm pears
           Peaches
           Green; seedless grapes
           Orange sections
           Cantaloupe
           Honeydew
           Extra honey and lemon

  Combine everything. Serve very cold, on greens.
