      Title: Party Potatoes
 Categories: Potatoes, Dairy, Cheese, Breads, Vegetables
      Yield: 12 servings
 
      4 c  Mashed potatoes
           +=OR=+
      4 c  Prepared instant potatoes
      1 c  Sour cream
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
      1 ts Minced chives
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 c  Dry bread crumbs
      1 tb Butter; melted
    1/2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
 
  In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream
  cheese, chives and garlic powder. Turn into a greased
  2-qt. casserole. Combine bread crumbs with butter;
  sprinkle over potatoes.
  
  Bake @ 350ºF/175ºC for 50-60 minutes. Top with cheese
  and serve immediately.
