MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Salmon Or Steelhead Loaf
 Categories: Meatloaf, Seafood
      Yield: 8 Servings

      1 pt Salmon or steelhead; (or a
           -large can of store bought)
      2    Eggs; beaten
      1 cn Mushroom soup
    3/4 c  Buttered cracker crumbs -OR-
    3/4 c  Italian seasoned bread
           -crumbs with
    1/4 c  Butter; melted; (for bread
           -crumbs)
    1/2 ts Celery seed
    1/4 ts Pepper
      1 tb Lemon juice
      1    Onion; chopped; or less to
           -taste
      1 cl Garlic; crushed; (optional)

  Mix all together and place in loaf pan or casserole dish. Cover
  lightly with bread crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 325 F. Enjoy!
