30 July 1975 - LABOR LEADER JIMMY HOFFA VANISHES WITHOUT A TRACE: After
arriving at a Detroit restaurant at 2:45 in the afternoon to settle a
feud with Mafia members, Jimmy Hoffa disappears. The ex-Teamsters Union
leader will never be found, nor will any credible clues to his
whereabouts be uncovered, despite decades of law enforcement efforts.

      Title: Big Hoffa's Magical Chicken Marinade
 Categories: Poultry, Fruits, Vegetables, Herbs
      Yield: 10 servings

      1 c  Soy sauce
  1 1/2 c  Apricot nectar juice
      1 tb Sesame oil
      1 tb Fresh grated ginger root
    1/2 c  Brown sugar
    1/4 c  Fresh chopped scallions
      1 pn Fresh-cracked pepper
      4    Chicken breasts; skin on

  In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken
  together until combined. Put chicken breasts in bag or a
  bowl and pour marinade over them. Let chicken sit in
  marinade for 24 - 48 hours. Best results will come from
  grilling the chicken.
