MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Nacho Pie
 Categories: Beef, Beans, Cheese, Breads, Vegetables
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      4 c  Nacho tortilla chips; coarse
           - crushed
      1 lb Ground beef
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
     16 oz Can chilli beans; undrained,
           - warmed
      8 oz Tomato sauce
      1 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese
 
  Place chips in a lightly greased 9-in. pie plate and set
  aside.
  
  In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat
  until meat is no longer pink; drain. Spoon over chips.
  Top with beans, tomato sauce and cheese.
  
  Bake, uncovered, @ 375ºF/190ºC until heated through and
  cheese is melted, for 7-8 minutes.
