Turns out there is some other zippiness along with the wasabi - not enough to blow your head off but it will get your attention. MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Crumb-Coated Ranch Chicken Categories: Five, Poultry, Breads, Herbs Yield: 4 servings 2/3 c Ranch salad dressing 2 c Coarse crushed cornflakes 1 tb Italian seasoning mix 1 1/2 ts Garlic granules 4 (6 oz ea) boned,,skinned, - chicken breast halves or - thighs Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC. Place salad dressing in a shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, mix cornflakes, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Dip chicken in dressing, then in cornflake mixture, patting to help coating adhere. Place on a greased baking sheet.
