MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Bread
 Categories: Breads, Machine
      Yield: 2 Lb loaf

  1 1/2 c  Water; +2 tb
      2 tb Vegetable oil
      2 tb Sugar
      1 tb Molasses
  1 1/2 ts Salt
      2 tb Powdered milk
  1 1/2 tb Gluten flour
  3 3/4 c  Whole wheat flour
      3 ts Yeast

  Measure first five ingredients into the bread pan.

  Measure remaining ingredients into the pan, making a well on top of
  the flour for the yeast.

  Set machine for wheat bread and light crust. Bake until done.
