MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: 12-Hour Salad
 Categories: Greens, Vegetables, Cheese, Pork, Dairy
      Yield: 12 servings

      8 c  Torn mixed salad greens
  1 1/2 c  Chopped celery
      2 md Bell peppers; cored,
           - chopped
      1 md Red onion; chopped
     10 oz Box peas; thawed
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      1 c  Sour cream
      3 tb Sugar
      1 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb Bacon strips; cooked,
           - crumbled

  Place greens in a 3 qt. bowl or 13" X 9" dish. Layer
  with celery, peppers, onion and peas.

  Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar; spread over top.
  Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Refrigerate, covered, 12
  hours or overnight.
