MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Vegan Gravy
 Categories: Sauces
      Yield: 2 1/2 cups

      2 c  Vegetable broth
    3/4 ts Onion powder
      3 tb Nutritional yeast
      1 tb Tamari
    1/2 ts Dijon mustard
    1/4 c  Flour to thicken the gravy

  Add all ingredients to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil.

  Whisk over medium-high and heat for a couple of minutes, until the
  gravy thickens.

  This gravy keeps up to a week in the fridge.
