I knew about keeping Kosher, but i did not know about having a Kosher
kitchen.  Interesting!  Separate counters and sometimes separate sinks
for meat and dairy.  Sounds like it may possibly not be an issue for
teetotaller vegetarians.  I've never had a kugel with meat in it.  I
hope y'all enjoy!
