      Title: Corn & Frito Salad
 Categories: Salads
      Yield: 8 Servings

      2 cn Sweet corn; drained
      2 c  Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      1 c  Bell pepper; chopped
    1/2 c  Red onion; chopped
      1    Bag Chili cheese Fritos

  Mix all ingredients, except Fritos. Before serving, stir in Fritos.
