MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Tilapia w/Corn Salsa
 Categories: Seafood, Beans, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4    (6 oz ea) tilapia fillets
      1 tb Olive oil
    1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper
     15 oz Can black beans; rinsed,
           - drained
     11 oz Can whole kernel corn;
           - drained
    1/2 c  Italian salad dressing
      2 tb Chopped green onion
      2 tb Chopped red bell pepper
 
  Drizzle both sides of fillets with oil; sprinkle with
  salt and pepper.
  
  Broil 4" - 6" from the heat until fish flakes easily
  with a fork, 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl,
  combine the remaining ingredients. Serve with the fish.
