MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Gobbler Cakes
 Categories: Breads, Poultry, Fruits, Sauces
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 lg Egg
      2 c  Cooked stuffing
  1 1/4 c  Fine chopped cooked turkey
    1/2 c  Dried cranberries
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise
    1/2 c  Crushed cornflakes
      1 tb Canola oil
           Cranberry sauce and/or
           - turkey gravy; opt
 
  In a large bowl, mix egg, stuffing, turkey, cranberries
  and mayonnaise. Shape into eight 1/2" thick patties.
  Coat with crushed cornflakes.
  
  In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add
  patties in batches; cook 3-4 minutes on each side or
  until golden brown. Serve warm, with cranberry sauce
  and/or gravy if desired.
