      Title: Catalina Chicken
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Vegetables, Fruits
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      2    (5 oz ea) boned, skinned
           - chicken breast halves
      2 ts Oil
    1/4 c  Catalina salad dressing
  4 1/2 ts Onion soup mix
      1 tb Grape jelly
           Minced fresh parsley;
           - opt
 
  In a large nonstick skillet, brown chicken in oil.
  Transfer to a shallow baking dish coated with cooking
  spray. Combine the salad dressing, soup mix and jelly;
  pour over chicken.
  
  Bake, uncovered, @ 350ºF/175ºC for 25-30 minutes or
  until a thermometer reads 170°.
