MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Grandma's Fruitcake
 Categories: Cakes, Fruits, Herbs, Booze
      Yield: 12 servings
 
    500 g  Fruitcake mix
    500 g  Fruit cubes
    200 g  Glazed cherries; in
           - quarters
    200 g  Chopped nuts
    300 ml Brown sugar
    250 g  Butter
      7 ml Baking soda
    500 ml Flour
      3 ml Baking powder
      3 ml Ground ginger
      3 ml Allspice
      4 lg Eggs whisked
    250 ml Brandy
 
  Mix the Fruitcake Mix, Glazed Cherries, Nuts, Brown
  Sugar and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  
  Mix in the Baking Soda.
  
  Mix in the Flour, Baking Powder, Ground Ginger and
  Allspice.
  
  Mix in the whisked Eggs.
  
  Bake for 20 minutes in the Microwave on medium heat (50%
  Heat). Bake longer if needed in 5 min increments.
  
  Pour over the Brandy while the cake is still hot.
