Subj : Vegan Lobster To : All From : Ben Collver Date : Fri Dec 22 2023 11:52:13 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Heart Of Palm "Lobster" Categories: Vegetarian Yield: 4 Servings 28 oz Heart of palm; (2 cans) 3 tb Vegan butter 1 cl Garlic; minced 2 tb Water 1/2 ts Paprika or Old Bay seasoning 1/4 ts Salt Drain the hearts of palm. Cut them in half lengthwise, then chop them into chunks about 1 to 2" long. Melt the butter in a pan, with the garlic and water added in. Add the heart of palm chunks to the pan. Simmer for about five minutes, gently flipping them over with a spatula to make sure they cook evenly. Sprinkle the salt and paprika over top and lightly stir it in. It looks more lobster-like if you only partially mix in the paprika. Optionally, serve with lemon wedges or parsley as garnish. Recipe FROM: MMMMM .
