      Yield: 1 Servings
 
MMMMM---------------------FOR BEEF & POULTRY--------------------------
      2 tb Bacon dripping
      1 cl Garlic; crushed
    3/4 ts Tomato paste
      2 ts Chilli spice mix
    1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
 
  Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth.
