      1 sm Cabbage head; (red or white)
      1 c  Celery; chopped
      1 c  Onion; chopped
    1/2 c  Carrot; shredded
      1 c  Apple; chopped
    1/2 c  Raisins or walnuts

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
      1 c  Yogurt
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
    1/8 ts Salt
      2 tb Lemon juice
      2 tb Honey
      1 ts Celery seed

  Toss salad ingredients and add dressing.
