MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Spam Jello
 Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Dairy, Sauces
      Yield: 7 Servings
 
      3 oz Box lemon or lime Jello
     12 oz Can Spam or Treat
      1 md Onion; chopped
    1/2 c  Boiling water
    1/2 c  Ice cold water
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
    1/2 c  Dairy sour cream
    1/2 lg Bell pepper; diced small
      4 lg Eggs; hard boiled, chopped
    1/4 c  Corn or pickle relish
      2 md Ribs celery, fine dice
           Tabasco
 
  Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water,
  mayonnaise and sour cream to Jello.
  
  Chop Spam; add to Jello with remaining ingredients.
  Chill until firm.
  
  Makes 6 to 8 servings.
  
  This recipe is excellent on a hot day.
