It is also very tasty. Boil water with 3/4 ts salt and cook spaghetti according to the directions on the package. Reserve one cup of the pasta water when draining the spaghetti. Add 2 tb of salted butter to the empty pot that you cooked the spagetti in along with 1 ts of pepper and cook on medium heat until fragrant. Add 1/2 cup of the pasta water to the pan and stir until a glossy sauce forms. Reduce heat to low and add spaghetti to the pot. Then pour in the grated cheese and the other 2 tb of butter.
