Thanks Carol!  I was curious about it after Ben mentioned it.

Interesting but I am apt to keep making my own more complex version that would
be called a salmon soup+ if it had miso and cabbage in it.  For non-title pedantic folks
(grin), it is japanese salmon soup, xxcarol!
