Subj : Shrimp Paprikash To : All From : Ben Collver Date : Wed Mar 06 2024 10:54:33 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Shrimp Paprikash Categories: Hungarian, Shrimp Yield: 4 Servings 2 tb Butter 2 lb Shrimp; thawed, shelled, -deveined 1/2 c Scallions; finely sliced 2 cl Garlic; minced 1 tb Red gold Hungarian pimento -paste 3/4 c Sour cream Hot cooked noodles Melt the butter in a hot skillet until it foams and begins to brown. Toss in the shrimp and stir rapidly over high heat until it curls and is almost opaque, about 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan, leaving as much butter as possible in the pan. Add a little more butter if necessary. Cook the garlic and scallions, stirring constantly, over medium heat until they wilt and become aromatic. Add the pepper paste and stir, then add sour cream.
