MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Best Ever Tuna Salad Sandwich 
 Categories: Seafood, Citrus, Cheese, Vegetables, Bread
      Yield: 2 sandwiches

      6 oz Can tuna fish in olive oil;
           - drained
    1/3 c  Cottage cheese
      2 tb Mayonaise
    1/4 c  Fine chopped red onion
      1    Rib celery; fine chopped
      1 tb Capers
      1 tb Lemon juice
        pn (or two) dill
      2 tb Minced fresh parsley
      1 ts Dijon mustard
           Lettuce, sliced tomatoes
           Sliced bread; lightly
           - toasted

  Mix all of the ingredients. Serve on toast, either open
  faced, or in a regular sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes.
  For a low carb option, serve on sliced lettuce.
