To remove gamey taste from game (if any), you can marinate the flesh, trim off excess fat, age the meat, cook with acidic ingredients ( my easy methos - lemon or vinegar), Use strong flavors in seasoning, soak the meat in milk or buttermilk (called brining, not marinating), incorporate fruits or berries in the dish or cook until brown in the skillet, breaking up the meat until small chunks with a spoon.
