In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and brown pork chops on both sides. Place in an ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan. In a large bowl, toss bread cubes, butter, broth, celery, onion and poultry seasoning. Spoon about 1/2 cup stuffing on each pork chop. Combine soup and water; pour over chops. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
