      Title: Charoset & Matzo

      Yield: 8 servings
 
      3    Honeycrisp apples; cored,
           - diced
    1/4 c  Pomegranate juice
    1/3 c  Fine chopped walnuts
    1/4 c  Pitted chopped dates
  1 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
  1 1/2 ts Honey Matzo crackers to
           - serve
 
  In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover
  with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature
  until ready to serve with matzo crackers.
