      Title: Overnight Layered Lettuce Salad
 Categories: Greens, Vegetables, Cheese, Pork, Fruits
      Yield: 16 servings
 
      1 md Head iceberg lettuce; torn
      1 md Brll pepper; chopped
      1 sm Red bell pepper; chopped
      1 md Onion; sliced, in rings
      2 c  Frozen peas
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      2 tb Sugar
      1 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
     12 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
    3/4 c  Dried cranberries
 
  In a 4 qt. or 13" X 9" glass dish, layer the first 5
  ingredients. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sugar;
  spoon over salad, spreading to cover.
  
  Sprinkle top with cheese, bacon and cranberries.
  Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
