      Title: Salsa Chowder

      Yield: 2 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
    1/2 c  Chopped red bell pepper
      4 oz Can chopped green chilies
      2 ts Butter
      1 c  Whole-kernel corn
      1 c  Chicken broth
    1/2 c  Chunky salsa
 
  In a 1 quart microwavable casserole combine onion, bell
  pepper, chilies and butter; cover and microwave on HIGH
  until onion is translucent, about 2 minutes.
  
  Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine; microwave
  on Medium (50%) for 4 minutes; stirring every 2 minutes,
  until mixture is thoroughly heated.
  
  Quick and (nearly) vegetarian
