      Title: Pina Colada Fruit Salad
 Categories: Fruits, Beverages, Herbs
      Yield: 8 servings
 
     10 oz Can nonalcoholic pina colada
           - mix; thawed
    1/2 c  Sugar
    1/2 c  Pineapple-orange juice
    1/8 ts Almond extract
    1/8 ts Coconut extract
  1 1/2 c  Green grapes
  1 1/2 c  Seedless red grapes
  1 1/2 c  Fresh blueberries
  1 1/2 c  Halved fresh strawberries
      8 oz Can pineapple chunks;
           - drained
    1/2 c  Fresh raspberries
           Thin sliced fresh mint; opt
 
  For dressing, mix first 5 ingredients until sugar is
  dissolved. Place fruit in a large bowl; toss gently with
  dressing.
  
  Refrigerate, covered, until serving. If desired, top
  with mint.
