      Title: Turkey Guacamole Wraps
 Categories: Poultry, Fruits, Breads, Chilies, Vegetables
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      1 sm Ripe avocado; pitted,
           - peeled
      2 tb Mayonnaise
  1 1/2 ts Lime juice
    1/4 ts Minced garlic
    1/8 ts Louisiana hot sauce
      2    (10") flour tortillas; room
           - temp
    1/4 lb Sliced deli smoked turkey
    1/2 c  Chopped red onion
      1 c  Torn romaine
 
  Place the first 5 ingredients in a food processor;
  process until smooth. Spread over tortillas. Top with
  turkey, onion and lettuce; roll up.
