      Title: Cucumber Sandwich Appetizers

      Yield: 12 Servings
 
      8 oz Spreadable cream cheese
    1/4 c  Dairy sour cream
    2/3 oz Env dry Italian-style salad
           - dressing mix
      1 lb Loaf sliced pumpernickel
           - party bread
      2    Cucumbers; peeled, thin
           - sliced
 
  Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Italian salad dressing
  mix in a bowl until well blended.
  
  Spread cream cheese mixture atop pumpernickel party bread
  and top each slice with 1 to 2 cucumber slices.
