      Title: Lemon Chicken Bake
 Categories: Poultry, Citrus, Vegetables, Breads
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      3 tb Butter; melted
      2 tb Lemon juice
      1    Garlic clove, minced
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/2 c  Seasoned bread crumbs
      4    (6 oz ea) boned, skinned
           - chicken breast halves
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  In a shallow dish, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic,
  salt and pepper. Place bread crumbs in another shallow
  dish. Dip chicken into butter mixture, then into crumbs.
  
  Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Drizzle with
  remaining butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, 25-30
  minutes.
