      Title: Chicken Taco Macaroni Salad
 Categories: Pasta, Vegeables, Poultry, Chilies, Herbs
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      2 c  Uncooked elbow macaroni
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      2 tb Taco seasoning
      2 ts Sugar
    3/4 ts Ground mustard
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
      2 c  Diced rotisserie chicken
      1 sm Yellow or orange bell
           - pepper; chopped
      1    Jalapeno pepper; seeded,
           - chopped
           Fresh cilantro leaves; opt
 
  Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and
  rinse with cold water. Cool completely.
  
  For dressing, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, taco
  seasoning, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. In a large
  bowl, combine chicken, peppers and macaroni. Add
  dressing; gently toss to coat. Refrigerate until
  serving. Top with cilantro if desired.
