      Title: Mango, Corn, and Black Bean Salsa

      Yield: 11 Servings
 
      3 lg Mangoes; diced
     15 oz Can sweet corn; drained
     15 oz Can Black beans; rinsed,
           - drained
      2    Limes; juiced
    1/4 c  Chopped fresh cilantro
 
  Mix mangoes, sweet corn, and black beans in a large bowl;
  add lime juice and stir. Sprinkle cilantro over the mango
  mixture; toss to combine.
