      Title: Chilli Tortilla Bake
 Categories: Beef, Beans, Chilies, Herbs, Cheese
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 lb Lean ground beef
     16 oz (2 cans) tomato sauce
     15 oz Black beans; rinsed,
           - drained
      1 c  Corn niblets
      1 cn (4 ounces) chopped green
           - chilies
      2 tb Dried minced onion
      2 tb Chilli spice mix
      1 ts Ground cumin
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
    1/2 ts Dried oregano
      6    (8") whole wheat tortillas
      1 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
 
  In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
  longer pink. Stir in the tomato sauce, beans, corn,
  green chiles, onion, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder
  and oregano; heat through.
  
  In an 11" X 7" baking dish coated with cooking spray,
  layer half of the tortillas, beef mixture and cheese.
  Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, # 350ºF/175ºC for 25-30
  minutes or until bubbly.
