      Title: Joanna Gaines' Banana Bread
 Categories: Breads, Fruits
      Yield: 24 servings
 
      1 c  Sugar
    1/4 lb Butter; softened
      1 ts Vanilla extract
      2 lg Eggs
      4    Very ripe bananas; mashed
      2 c  A-P flour
      1 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Salt
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Spray a 11" X 7" (or 8" X 8" pan) with non-stick cooking
  spray OR line with parchment paper.
  
  In a food processor, add butter, brown sugar, eggs,
  vanilla extract and bananas. Pulse to combine until
  smooth.
  
  Add flour, baking soda and salt. Pulse just until
  combined.
  
  Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-45
  minutes.
  
  Remove from oven and cool.
